Our highly mobile and large service team ( twenty eight vehicles ) operates throughout New South Wales and Queensland and is available on a 24 hour, 7 day basis. Using experienced and fully qualified trades staff, most of who have served apprenticeships with Faircloth and Reynolds and coordinated by our central service control centre our response to and diagnosis of problem equipment is rapid. We also keep on hand a range of spare parts ( largest on the north coast ) to suit much of the equipment that is used in the refrigeration / catering industry . Our communication links with our suppliers enable us to obtain overnite deliveries with most parts not kept in stock. We service and maintain all refrigeration equipment and catering equipment sold by most suppliers and therefore can give our customers a complete service package.
